Nuevas noticias e investigaciones. Saldrá, exactamente, el 22 de octubre de 2004 en el Reino Unido y Europa. Algunas de las características de GTA San Andreas que más me han llamado la atención:

• The new GTA game will be Sony PlayStation2 Exclusive. Vamos, que, según me temía, saldrá para PS2. Supongo que posteriormente saldrá para PC, espero que no me obliguen a comprarme la consola.
• The game will be based around “Recent Films” relating to the Californian gangster theme. Las historias, pues, nos sonarán…
• The state of San Andreas is made up of the cities; Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas. En el juego se llamarán Los Santos, San Fierro y Las Venturas respectivamente. Al estilo de los dos anteriores, sobre todo de GTA 3 (Portland, Stauton…)
• Everything in the game now has independent models for day and night to give better lighting and shadowing. Más realismo todavía!!
• Swimming is now a part of the game, if you drive a vehicle into the water, you have two choices, climb out of the window and swim to shore, or stay in the car and sink, where you will have a certain amount of underwater stamina. Swimming will also be involved in some missions. Una auténtica mejora, en las versiones anteriores si caías al agua estabas KO.
• Shadows can be used to hide yourself, to help pick off unsuspecting enemies. Sencillamente magistral.
