Be afraid, be very afraid


Guys,

There is a French customer who called and got Nour on the phone. He started screaming at Nour and said he would only talk to a supervisor. When I got him, he told me very angrily that he could not print. He refused to give me any PCC or agency details and hung up on me. If he calls back, be afraid… be very afraid and try to transfer the call to Nour. If he refuses to listen, be clear that we cannot help him unless he cooperates.
